(/drool) anyways this late night treat is basically held together by the air filled gooey mass known as the marshmallow. Since a marshmallow's matter is mostly made up of air, when you place the marshmallow over a fire or heat source, it begins to expand. If youre like some ppl who enjoy burning their s'mores, then you can witness the marshmallow bubble and ooze while turning into a charry blob. The ideal roasted marshmallow would be a warm golden brown coated marshmallow thats crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. :P
